Weird structure here. The CFO was the previous I.T. manager. He still handles all the e-mail and firewall logs. Yet only myself and my boss have access to the Firewall and AD/DC stuff. Just might be easier to find a new job that has a normal I.T. structure. This place doesn't even have a network admin or sysadmin. We sorta just "handle it all".

hummmm.. i mean its up to u of course. considering u want ur gf to keep her current job i just thought it might be worth a try to salvage ur current job by at least letting ur boss know u arent happy with ur raise and to see wat they can do to promote u or something. higher paying position.

She's just afraid to move. I'm getting tired of everyone and will move anywhere. She can follow if she wants. My area has nothing. Getting that through to her or anyone else though is like talking to a concrete wall.

Previous I.T. Manager is the current CFO = Disaster. Sounds like they didn't want to find an appropriate person to fill the job and grabbed someone who was available. Good grief.

That's basically it. Don't expand positions. Just give someone else more work with a slight pay bump.

Do you have any supervisory experience or management background? If so maybe look for something like that in an area thats not flooded with I.T. jobs like in big cities. My area has a ton, but its all GOV contractors. But they pay well...

yah, the initial throttle response from standstill feels kinda numb compared to stock as i think cobb took out the lean condition, but beside this drives very linear. im still in the last few hundreds miles of break in so ill update again. :p thing boosts up overall power by 30%.. i read.

Hell Yeah bro! i know your say that you are to leaving the STi stock but when you start to feel that powaaaa! you are going to change your mind hahahah! well at least i know you are going to install a catback to hear that great rumble and a intake :p

Not really. Def something I can do though. I've handled my fair share of "teams" when working on projects in other fields.

:icon18: dang..

i read about the cobb intake boost leak in colder temps and climate so i decided to keep the intake stock as it is more consistent through the seasons. as far as catback.. not sure. i bought the STI so dat i dont have to change things. :icon17: thing is pretty fast the way it is right now.
