first u need to be able to speak j-lander natively.. then speak midwestern usa natively as well.

I am slowly realizing how underpaid I am for my position. Almost 20k roughly for my knowledge and expertise in areas. Central NY sucks...

or ur standard of living is high too? seriously might want to consider moving out into a different area.. maybe at least a few states south? (warmer)
