90 minutes in the dojo last night:

first 30 minutes: Practicing defensive maneuvers with a 1st degree brown belt. :icon14:

Next 60 minutes: foot work drills with a 5th degree black belt. :eekdance:



This morning: Who da fuk stole my legs? :ugh2:

I hate my business loafer shoes. The hell is so damn hard and they hurt to stand on for a long time.
