Something to contemplate, depending on where the pain is at. Try a little clear soluble fiber, you might have a small blockage that is causing the back pain. Considering it started hurting after reaching for a light object, something might have gotten stuck. I had that happen a few times, some soluble fiber, some porcelain throne time (not as bad as EW, fersure) and all good... :eek:
