1. I did not get locked up in a mental hospital this year

2. I did not kill any of our clients

k, so the dyson bigball animal aka pos is back in service. my wife called dyson and they told her dat if the unit auto shuts off (thermal shut-off), it has a timer not to turn on for 2hrs. :icon08:

where in the faking instructions does it state dat? :mad: my wife plugged it back in, fired up. now fired up like new with super suction cause i cleaned the filter. the filter dat supposedly dont need cleaning. :icon08:

#1 YOU MUST CLEAN THE FILTER INSIDE THE DUST COLLECTION BIN EVEN IF THE BOX SAYS NO FILTERS TO CLEAN! :mad:

#2 IF THE POS SHUTS DOWN, CLEAN THE POS THOROUGHLY, TRY IT IN 2HRS.
