oh yah, apparently my dyson fixed itself :ugh: my wife called the pos manufacturer and they said the pos has a failsafe mode where it shuts off for 2hrs after the motor gets kinda hot..

so after doing the full faking cleaning yesterday where i didnt find any blockage besides the filter dat supposedly needed cleaning even though the box says no cleaning needed, the thing reset itself and now it works like new. :ugh:
