I need a better paying job. Why do true winter coats that are meant for temps below -10 degrees cost $350+

Guess now would be a good time to go swap out 12oz of power steering fluid.

Mr. Chan,

Completely unrelated. I hear rumor you use an extractor to bleed your brakes. Can we talk?

Yah its a standing hand pump to suction out the fluid from the caliper side.

i bought it from griots long time ago and i believe it's a westmarine extractor rebadge but not 100% sure. mityvac and several others made them but you'll want to research which ones had the bad pump core where it cracked at the base of the tank. the griots one looks similar but it's not the same as the mityvac one and does not break as it has a different structure.

i believe mityvac and others re-designed theirs and perhaps the current ones dont break.

it was like $90 and looks something like this:

WEST MARINE Manual Oil Extractor - 6.5L | West Marine

i also use this replenish bottle..

MVA6832 Clamp-on Auto-refill Kit
Mityvac

after use, be sure to wash the valve thoroughly with soapy water. any brake fluid left will corrode the seal and you'll need to get new valves.
