last night i paid $9 for 5 chicken breast, the weigh was a little over 1lb. the shipping can't be that much where it wouldn't make sense to buy it lol

yup... when going to the gym and lifting weights regularly it's recommended that you intake at least 1g of protein for every pound you weigh.

This. I take in between 150-200 grams of protein daily. I lift weights every other day and light cardio on the other days. Very happy with the results.
