Not quite. I just tried to purchase some. They want $10 for shipping since I don't have a prime account. I could spend the extra $7-8 on an oil filter to hit $35 and get free shipping, but I already have like 5 brand new filters laying around.

Advance has 5 qts Mobil 1 with a Mobil 1 filter for 33.99. I use the M1-110 filter on Belle.

Want me to order it for you? I have prime.

That filter I linked is fine, right? It's just slightly longer and was recommended in AK's oil change DIY.

They have that sale around here every once in awhile, but I usually miss it. Walmart is my go to for oil, since it is always priced right. The 5 qts at Walmart and a PureOne filter from local parts store is typically right around $35 :tup:

I have done more than a dozen oil changes on the Z, and I have never needed more than 5 quarts to reach the high mark on the dipstick :twocents:

I do keep an extra 1 qt bottle around just in case. But I've never needed it for my Z.

Have you tried that N'sane pre workout stuff yet? I'm thinking of ordering a container of it. I guess it doesn't taste bad and makes you go batshyt insane when lifting.

Not even close. It's the focus and drive that a pre workout does for me. Coffee just makes me hyper.

nope... so far i tried, c4, n0xplode, bullnox, gnc brand, few others can't remember the names, but none of them worked for me.

recently i tried hyde pre workout and it works for me so i ordered two tubs of it.
you must have never tried a pre workout before lol... drinking a cup of coffee would be th equivalent of taking 2 grains of pre workout out of that scoop lol. you would probably have to drink 2-3 pots of coffee to come close to what the pre workout does
coffee doesn't do anything for me.

Pre workout makes my nipples hard for hours on end. I miss Jack3d.....

they usually don't do a thing except recently hyde just makes me sweat more and give me a extra push to get everything done. also, i can't stand still, when i working out with a friend while he lifts i pace back and forth like a mad man lol

jack3d was good because it had drugs in it lol, that's why it got banned and had to have a new formula made.

3 peoples hearts exploded and the stuff gets banned. No fair!!! It's fun cycling 3 people on a single machine at the gym when with friends. I pace, the 2nd guy is tweaking, and the 3rd guy is hammering off pullups. Just wish we had more than 1 gym and the gym wasn't a planet fitness. It's sooooo freaking packed at 5.

in my case, no need. my z completely stopped burning measureable oil on the dip stick :p

well that's cause people take way too much of it. it said not to take more then 1 scoop till you see how your tolerance is. i'm sure people were doing 4-5 scoops lol... my friend who i'm surprised is still alive takes a ton of shyt. we will go get coffee, then he will take some fat burner pills which have some pre workout in them, caffeine and things, then he'll drink a red bull, then when we get to the gym he will take a pre workout.

i don't like working out with too many people, i usually like working out alone the most. that way i get the most done and the quickest. if i do work out it's usually just 1 more person with me.

I really need to find some damn sports collared shirts. I'm going to cry buying decent ones for $50+ a shirt....
