I've never used them and it's on the companies dime. So i'm not complaining. I always have my personal cell running on Big Red to cover me if needed. free phone is a free phone though.

i have tmobile... they're not bad if youre in the city... as soon as you go for the boonies, like where i live, the coverage becomes limited.
