If you can stick with USAA, I would. in Michigan I can't even join USAA if I personally was not in the armed forces. no family members qualify, michigan rules

Might want to look into a insurance broker who will take all your information and will talk with all the major companies and find you the best deal for the coverage you want.

Greetings from the Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway.

I suppose there are worse places to be stuck overnight and unexpectedly.

I am pulling out the 757 in 240 minutes.

I hope.

:hello:

Good morning! Wife and I are both still somewhat sick but feeling at least a little better, and of course, it's Friday. We'll be making some homemade soup over the weekend, which should be good.

D.Stillwell 10-02-2015 06:03 AM

Consistently or just when launching? Mine does it from time to time, but it's when I am doing dumb things.

madwi 10-02-2015 07:07 AM

Why o why did I volunteer to stop at one of our offsite offices on my way home? That was really dumb. Sitting waiting for dr to get a patient out of the room.

has nothing to do with launching.. that launch thing happened months ago, just kept forgetting to ask about it... this is just normal driving.

No worries. Whenever you are available is cool with me. I'll be around all weekend.

if your car is a manual the csc will go out, it's just a matter of when. some people's csc has gone out at 1,000 miles some at 10,000 some at 15,000. there isn't a specific amount of miles that it can happen. your clutch pedal will just stick to the floor and you won't be able to drive your car. nissan engineering at it's best.

Yea, but it's cheap!

onzedge 10-02-2015 07:22 AM

So here is my day...

Mechanical issues on my flight out of XNA delayed me long enough yesterday so I missed my connection to SMF. Delta put me up in the Marriott Gateway at ATL -- no big deal.

This morning I went to the concierge lounge to grab a bite to eat, popped some bread in the toaster which shortly began to smolder then burn. All the smoke set off the fire alarm for the entire hotel and prompted the evacuation warning.

Daahhhh™

I just want to go home.

Have a great day.

Mine is the 6mt so yeah...

I think I liked and read this somewhere else before :icon14:

Seriously tho, that sucks. Hotel comfy at least until you tripped the fire alarms? Almost the weekend at least. hope you get home quick and safe soon.

Nope. Wait until it blows and then buy the Zspeed upgrade. That one won't break on you.

D.Stillwell 10-02-2015 07:30 AM

I see. Learned something very useful today...have to keep that in mind for my Z down the road

Thanks! :tiphat:

If you drop in a new clutch or drop the tranny for any reason, might as well install the Zspeed csc while its down.

Leingod 10-02-2015 07:38 AM

That reminds me. I'm broke....
