Nice, i tried something different with 1 gal. ontop of the extra white sugar i used Dark brown sugar to try and shoot for a carmel apple flavor profile. If you need help just PM me.

On a serous note does anyone know a reputable car shipper that wont make me drive an hour in the snow to pick up my car and try to make me pay full price when it was delivered a week late and supposed to be delivered to my doorstep?

dude any tips you can give for a decent flavor will be greatly appreciated. I got a 6 gallon glass carboy, water traps, and ale yeast. I know I need cider with no preservatives and (I think) non-pasteurized
