I need more levels so I can start building better guns/armor. but i also need to start trade routes for different settlements so i can start hawking purified water.

I figure a safe and easy bet to be a little different.

This is my second character. I have sanctuary with 89 purified water and 45 food. I went with 6 charisma, 7 intelligence, 3 luck, 2 strength and dont remember the rest lol. I have the lvl 2 mayor perk and the cap collector. I can finally set up the trade routes and have high end merchants in the city. Still need the materials and caps to build those though.
