I put some peroxide on it. Only went in a little bit. Already stopped bleeding. No shot. We will find out in a few days if I am alive hahahaha

Too much healthy crap is never enough. I subscribe to the two parts healthy one part crap method.

I just subscribe to it, don't actually do it. Maybe that's why I can't get below 240.

I'm still creeping up. Almost 3 weeks straight of nothing but wraps, salads, iced tea, granola bars, and fruit. I've gained 3 pounds somehow. I've never weighed more than 150 in my life and here I sit at 170 now. ugh....

Stretching classes and 1,000 push up challenge start Monday. And I ordered a DDR mat hahaha

I'd get one, but I can't wear them at work. Any place out in production and I can't have any accessories on me since i'm around food.

I'm eating healthy. I just need to get more productive outside.
