Depending on which "Indian food" you're talking about, most of it is deep-fried (in vegetable oil) starchy crap and it is not particularly good for you.

For example, saag paneer is onions sauteed in vegetable oil with a handful of spinach, some heavy cream, and some cheese. Samosas, which are delicious, are basically mashed potatoes, wrapped in dough, and then deep fried.

It's basically a lot of deep-fried, a lot of bread/potatoes/rice.

The tandoori stuff is reasonably healthy, but keep in mind that pretty much any of the dishes with any sort of sauce are using heavy cream and/or vegetable oil as a base. :tup:

Any of you guys use this new water-based touch up paint like you get from Touch Up Direct?

I'm used to lacquer touch-up, if you make a mistake you can always clean it up with a little rubbing alcohol (removes wet or semi-dry lacquer without harming the car's finish) and I don't know what to use with this stuff, I'm curious if anyone knows.

If not, time for some experiments on some scrap plastic. :D

I've not tried that, davey. I bet water based would dry faster too! :tup:
