I'm thinking fish tacos tonight

never had fish taco's. how are the fish seasoned? :confused:

i should get a roof rack for my fit. this way if hail prone, i can mount up a few sheets of plywood on it on an angle and bounce it all off to my dumbarse neighbor's car.

Depends on the place. Most common are breaded white fish on corn tortillas with cabbage and tartar sauce with some lime slices.

Pretty much. A normal place though won't use actual fish sticks though. The best I ever had were northern cod that was grilled with a pineapple salsa and shredded cabbage on it. :yum:

And don't forget the cholula sauce. And now I want some Horchata.... WHERE'S CARL!!?!?!?!?!
