I washed, clayed, polished, and waxed last weekend all by hand. I'm using the quick detailing Mothers spray that came with my clay to "wash" right now. Then I'm using my Porter to polish and wax again to get rid of handmade micro scratches or swirls.
Normal supplies in order of use:
Gold car wash with caranuba wax shampoo
Mothers clay bar kit (if needed)
Meguiars polish (Only use 1-2 a yr)
Meguiars liquid wax (expensive, but worth it imo)
I'll be switching the liquid wax for collinite on my next wash and will be swapping the polish for Mr. Scotts Four Star paint sealant also. |
