My wife bought 3 kinds of pepperoni for our pizza last week - two of them were unsliced. I tried a little bit of one & it was good but decided to use the pre-sliced ones.

"I'll use this one up making something Italian next weekend", I said.

So today she says she wants us to make fried rice. I said "What about the pepperoni?" and she says, "Would that be good in fried rice?"

Actually, I bet it will be. :yum:

people use bacon with rice, so i don't see why not pepperoni... start your own fried rice and pepperoni chain

yah, i use sausage, ham, bacon, when i make pilaf. pepperoni should work just fine.

in other news, im taking my dd first into insurance tomorrow to get the estimate.
hope they can go waaay over my deductible so that i can do some earn$pend. :rock:

problem with me is that most dings and scratches i can fix myself so my deductible on the dd's are set at 500... :ugh:
