Last time we went out there was 6-8 foot waves and let me tell you it was not very fun lol. Everyone caught a bunch of salmon and lake trout but I spent the whole time being green and wishing to die :icon17:

I can handle lake Michigan Mr Scott....

while in the military we had to stay in the Pacific ocean in a small round tube for
3 darn day's and night's :driving:

funny everyone was sick :bowrofl::roflpuke2:

I enjoyed the 3 day's and came out of the Pacific with a great tan :roflpuke2::bowrofl:

On an inner tube id be ok. I use to float around the lake on one with no problem and actually preferred the huge waves :tup: on a boat, sick as can be lol

I actually just convinced my pops to sell his boat last year. He hadn't used it in a few years and since he doesnt drive anymore and I can't back a boat up to save my life, it was time for it to go lol.

They have been renting a cottage on a small inland lake and they end up renting a big pontoon boat or something to cruise around in and fish from. So much easier than having own boat and taking care of it.
