I found an 8 lb brisket that was <$20, which is perfect for my first real test on the new grill. I am heading into the office now so that I can come home early and get it cooking later today  :yum:

I told Colin that the Village People called and want their hat back. He did not think it was funny. I did though and that's what counts.

Yup, :driving: in 30 minutes. Louise has chosen other avenues of entertainment. It will be a spirited drive.

So much for a spirited drive. Louise came along. I shifted gears. We had fun in the country. Stopped off at the Manocacy aqueduct on the C&O canal. This shot is by a good friend and fellow photographer. I may have been there when he got it.

Happy Labour Day!

I celebrated by working in the garage. It was a warm 85°f with 100% humidity. Good times

Girlfriend almost slammed into a Toyota Tacoma getting onto the I teratate from the on ramp. Tried to get into the passing lane the second you finished the corner. If I hadn't have yelled, we would both be hurting immenaily right now. He would have pit stopped us easily. She's been sobbing and feels like a screw up for the remainder of the day.

It's not something I joked and took lightly about. She knew I was highly upset. No reason what so ever to have something like that happen. Her car has zero blind spots. She just wasn't using her mirrors or paying attention. I will also never drive with my cousin ever again. She blatantly ran directly through a red light that bad been solid for 5+ seconds. How we didn't get t-boned is beyond me. She proceeded to laugh about it. We currently aren't talking.

So that was my holiday weekend. Hope everyone else's holiday weekend was good!!! Back to the grind tomorrow.

Well, at least you made it through. Mistakes are made, survival is key. Sounds like she is beating herself up enough. I had a problem with my brother in-law. I am anal about seat-belts. Everybody puts there seat-belt on when I drive. First time he rode with us, he refused. I told my wife that her brother was summarily dis-invited from riding in any car I am driving ever again unless he puts his seat belt on. Next time he got in a car I was driving, he put his seat belt on. I guess that message came through.

Is it true?? Is surge soda really coming back to store shelves!! I felt horrible when I got a 14 pack on Amazon last year and proceeded to drink it all.

She learned her lesson and all is forgiven. I just don't take driving carelessly. For someone to laugh about running a red light or not paying attention to ones surrounding. It pisses me right off. No excuses for antics like that. I enjoy my Z and would prefer driving it for years to come. I have no problem driving others. I have better faith in my abilities than most others.

Just got back from the GF's. On the way home is a 1/4th mile straightaway. It's wicked dark out. I see a late model Ford Taurus come up behind me in the passing lane doing 70+ in a 55. Right behind him is another car that I immediately can tell is a Trooper. Somehow, the Taurus never realized he had a car tagging his butt while proceeding to speed up even further. This cop car couldn't light up any quicker to pull this guy over. I really don't understand people. Yes, it's a great spot to run cars. But not when you have someone right on your butt that is blatantly a State Trooper.

So I'm curious about something. If I was to build a custom 3" CAI would that hurt or help performance? I plan on doing it after buying my exhaust set up but wondering if it would affect performance negatively without having bigger throttle bodies.

Dipped my front fangs and the lip. How does the PW and grey combo look?
