On site, we have our own water treatment facility, and generate a portion of our own power mostly to operate large synchronous generators. We'll burn coal or gas depending on price that week.

You should see the size of the place and its equipment. They use a massive amount of ammonia also. No photos were allowed...

They store frozen foods of all kinds. My client is a chicken processor and they use a very small portion of the facility's capacity. Here is some perspective: my client keeps an average of 3,000,000 pounds of frozen chicken parts (bagged then cased) here and this is a tiny percent of what that warehouse holds.
