I was unaware that rock chips on a daily driven car meant major cosmetic issues. I was also unaware that having Nissan defective paint removed and having parts resprayed to a perfect match also meant my car was worth less.

Yup, local idiots.

I saw a 2009 base + touring yesterday at a used lot. 111k+ on the odo and dealership sticker price was $19k, sale price $17k. Mine is a steal compared to this.

Just the fact that you are returning yours back to stock and fixing any cosmetic issues should show that the car was well cared for. People are just conniving. I'm sure yours will sell though. It's rather well known and comes from a reputable person.
