Lawnmower got a little wet due to the rains this weekend. New air filter, then a new spark plug, then an oil change, and then she finally fired up this afternoon :tup:

I knew the garage was not in the best shape as far as the siding but it seems to have settled a little on one side and the post moves around/door opening is no longer square.

I have a carpenter I used years ago, remember his name but not his number. I think the guy I just called is him. He charges a lot, but he does good work.

Can't stop spending money on the house I guess. :icon17:

Tell me about it my house is a major money pit! Your contractor story made me laugh. I wanted some new sidewalks and a drive-way put in so I tried to call the guy that worked for me years ago and couldn't find him. I was sad cause I knew he did good work for cheap. So then I had 3 companies come out for bids and the last guy that showed up was the guy I was looking for!
