so on friday i was helping my dad around the house and wanted to take out some shrubs. after we finished, i took a shower and set out on my vacation to florida... little did i know the shrubs we were taking out had poison ivy... needless to say my vacation sucked monkey balls and i'm still in bed with my arms completely still covered and itching like crazy.

my dad on the other hand? can sit in the fricken stuff all day everyday and not bat an eye.

yea mine is all over my arms and stomach... made the mistake of not wearing a shirt when doing it.

yea I use some sort of Poison Ivy Gel stuff, works quite well.... one of the worst things you can do is scratch because then the oils get on your hands and fingers and...... boom. all over. game over. lol

quite surprised I haven't gotten it from ya through this computer haha ( yup its that bad) so I stay FARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR away. haha.

Well I live in a beach community and that's what we call the phucks that come live here in the summer only. They clog up the streets and then you get all the weekend beach go'ers which makes it even worse. The population of my town triples in the summer.

Yeah I am badly allergic to it and I got some from somewhere in the yard, went to the drug store and got some spray-on Benadryl and sprayed it once, it stopped itching pretty much right away and never really started again.

Not like when I was a kid... You were pretty much ****** for a week or two. Calamine lotion? :rolleyes: The only thing that did was have some gunk over it so you didn't scratch it because you didn't want to get the gunk all over your hands. :icon17:
