I need to start watching what I eat. 160lbs. I've NEVER weighed this much. No more soda or fast food for me. Trying to eat breakfast and sticking to msall lunches with light snacks.

2 english muffins at 8 this morning with homemade strawberry jam

1 kind bar at 10 for a snack

a handful of roasted edamame beans at 1030

1 banana and 2 handfuls of trail mix for lunch.

Work is tempting me right now though with large mushroom/sausage pizzas in the break room.

Diet is more crucial than exercise. I'm lazy in general, so I should at least eat better. My size 32 are tight on me. That has never happened before. I miss my size 30's....

Our building has "free snacks."

There are a lot of fat people working in this building. :ugh2:

Uh, no.

Sit on your *** at a desk all day and you'll pay for it, good diet or not.

Well it obviously doesn't help. Hence why I get up and walk around constantly. I can't sit for 8 hrs a day staring at a screen. And the more I work I.T., the less I want to be around tech or my phone after hours. It's fun being outside.

They have granola bars, bags of chips, a popcorn machine, 12 oz sodas, individually wrapped candy, et cetera all just sitting in the break room.

It's all free.

160 isn't bad then lol and you honestly get the best workout when you go alone. when i go with friends it takes two or three times as long to finish and there is more clowning around then lifting. when i go alone, i know what i have to do. i do it and go home. you can always ask for someone to spot you if you're lifting heavy.
