65 yr old trying to use the MyChart App on ipad and they cant figure out what they set their Apple password to. Eventually told them to just get on a normal computer and go to our website and log in. Even that proved to be a challenge even after giving them the password requirements 5 times. No really when I say you need at least one capital letter, lowercase letter, number and you have to have 8 characters length min., I really mean it, not saying it for my health.
