in georgia if it's a private sale there is no background check or anything. when you apply for a concealed weapons carry permit, then they do a background check. it takes about 2 weeks. i applied for mine around memorial day and got it 2 weeks ago.

Just another reason to hate NY. Takes roughly a year to get your permit. And it's impossible to get a CC.

I haven't heard back from Nissan just yet. The parts got ordered late Monday so they were expecting delivery late yesterday or early today. I should, hopefully, hear something by noon.

I'll either be trading it today or selling it on Friday depending on the other party.
