Good thing there are COTS products you can work with to manage all that. I'd hate to develop something from the ground up to support all the requirements for all those functions, sounds like a nightmare.

RMA, as listed encompasses sever different processes..
  • returns
  • credits
  • re-ship
  • inspection
  • destroy in place
  • rework
  • item disposition
  • etc.
