The pen part does, yeah. But I would never use that anyway. :ugh2:
Store them with the tip down. The paint near the tip will dry out, which will seal the rest. Next time you go to use it, put the tip in a plastic spoon and press hard to break the dried paint and then the paint comes out into the spoon and you can apply it with a tiny brush or toothpick instead of slopping it on there like a noob. |
