Gizzards are harvested separately from the other internals of the chicken. This is also true of the livers, hearts and necks.

There is no such thing as chicken lips.

The paws (feet minus the shank) is the highest profit-margin part of the chicken.

Nothing goes to waste in the chicken during processing.
