Ran two 5Ks today. In between, i managed to put my car back together in between the morning race and the evening race and drive it for the first time in months.

My flights were ok, despite me having to perform that intervention on your Facebook page from the Minneapolis airport.

8 hr slow cooked braised ribs in a bourbon glazed BBQ sauce, grilled chicken legs in a Dijon sauce, soft corn bread, giant antipasto with ever form of Italian meat imaginable, southern style baked Mac and cheese, salt potato's, and grilled corn on the cob. With whiskey sours followed by Italian ice for dessert.
