Ouch. That really blows. I had a buddy at my place leave for another job. He now get's paid monthly. I can't even fathom trying to budget for a whole month, not to mention the taxes he must get taken out....

yea i'm afraid to even check to see what i'll get paid tomorrow lol. we get paid bi monthly and even that's a struggle lol. i can't imagine a month.

i have friends visiting from st louis this weekend and a concert to go to. i'll be eating roman noodles for a while :roflpuke2:

The girlfriend officially has a solid internet connection at her place. Who TWC would ever use an Arris modem for simple phone/TV while using a literal no name branded modem/router for her internet connection is astounding. Not only was it running on a G connection only, it limited her devices to a single computer and phone. If another device even looked at the connection, it would drop everything and the GF would have to restart the whole modem.

I now have her running on the new AC wireless standard and broadcasting dual signals throughout her house so if a device drops, it can try to reconnect on a different radio signal.

Her exact quote. "You are the hottest geek I've ever had the pleasure to date and you'll be smiling all weekend with how I'll be repaying you."

TL;DR: Fixed GF interwebz. Much sex. Such awesome.
