Its nothing too great.
Asus P6x58D-e xtreme mb
16 GB Ripjaw ram
i7-950
MSI gtx 980

I really would like to get a new x99 board but car modding has been taking all my funds lol
I will probably settle for a Z97 board though.

Just got with a Z97. X99 is still overkill for real world gaming needs. An i5 4960k cpu will perform better than an i7 4770k since only 2-3 games have used hyperthreading. Ever.

My build is
EVGA Z97 FTW Mobo
i5 4960k CPU
32GB Ripjaw X 2100 DDR3 RAM>. (Video Editing)
Corsair H100i liquid cooler
Raid 0 dual Samsung Evo Pro 512Gb SSD
2x 10k rpm Seagate 1TB HDD
Enough fans to cool the death star
Triple SLI GTX 970 MSI Gaming GPU
1200W SeaSonic PSU

And a Asus ROG Swift 27in Monitor with 144hz/G-Sync 1440k.

We will have to game some time! I d/l'ed Payday 2 a few weeks ago when it was on sale on steam.

That is close to what I am wanting to upgrade to.
I just gave away my H100i to a guy at work that was overheating like a mofo lol.
I think another 980 is in my future, very soon.

I need to win the lottery :rofl2:

If you are just starting payday 2, I can jump you up to level 60 or 70 in two missions.

Having an old CRT television hauled away today, and getting my water heater installed, so I am working from home today... That's usually a good way to spend a Friday.

:icon17: Yeah Titan x would be fun to play around with!
Once I get the car mods I want, I will upgrade the pc. This thing (minus the 980 of course) has been going good since late '09.
Feel free to hit me up whenever. I am usually around most of the weekend.

That is the million dollar question.

We have a photoshoot scheduled for sometime next week, but... we need to find a set of tires for it and that's holding things up. Hopefully by the end of the month.

Who doesn't like money? More car parts ftw! ANd I guess I'll just leave the Civic for another month :rofl2:

What kind of modem and router do you have? DO you think it's the physical connections or are you just constantly dropping wifi strength?

Leingod 05-08-2015 12:26 PM

I need to find a shift knob that won't burn my hands during the summer or give me frostbite during the winter. The stock knob just doesn't feel comfortable to me. I need a stick or actual 8 ball.
