This is a local man, he holds several World Records for pulling things. The fire department in the background is very close to GaleForce HQ.

I'm at the airport picking up my Mom. It's weird being here in casual clothes with no luggage.

Pulling out the broom and dust pan in 15. Time to clean up the wood shop.

We made a bunch of shelves and a work bench for dads models. He is getting serious now lol Ordering kits from Japan.
Funny side story:

We received a phone call from neighbor, they are both japanese. Dad orders models from japan and mail people just deliver to their house without looking at address, only looked that they are coming from Japan. :rofl2: They ended up dropping em off and laughed our asses off at the dumb mail people :icon17:

Maiden voyage of the C/F hood without hood pins was a success! Had to go around the neighbor hood at like 35, then 45 then onto road that was 55. All good, no odd flexing, scary movements. Went back home and checked the latches and checked the bolts everywhere. Looks good and latches real firm. Took it back out to expressway and wnet a couple mph over the limit, you know, just to be sure it was secure. I think it will be good until I can find a shop to get the aerocatch pins installed. Hopefully don't have to drive to Chicago but looking like that is closest place.
Vids to come

sounds good  are hood pins really necessary for cf hoods? thought the aerodynamics would keep the hood down. :icon17:

but then i dont know wat you mean by 'a few mph over speed limit' :rofl2:
