It depends on what distance you drive in a week. It costs me also approx 85 pounds a week.

should clarify:-

1 us gallon = 3.785 litres

in UK 1 litre super unleaded = £1.22

so in UK 1 US gallon is £4.62 or $7.44

frankster 11-11-2010 02:55 AM

Germany here....

1,45 Euro/liter 98 octane (no other gasoline allowed for 370Z here - we may drive faster on our Autobahn :yum:).

that's 5,48 Euro/Gallon

5,48 Euro are 7,56 US Dollars

Hmm, American goods (if any in stores at all) are veeeeeery cheap - why can't I buy American gasoline here?!?!?!?!

IMWEZL 11-11-2010 06:12 AM

South Korea

$3.12 a gallon for 98 Octane on post

On the local economy I don't even bother....some of those jerks would probably fill it up with disel on purpose.

ClemsonWill 11-11-2010 08:18 AM

 $3.05 ATL 93 octane

LunaZ 12-12-2010 12:54 PM

I don't even look at the price when I fill up.
I need gas for the car, so it's not like I'm not going to buy gas because it's more expensive than I'd like it to be. I just accept that the cost of premium fuel for a car that gets around 20mpg is part of the cost of ownership along with things like directional 19" high performance tires that only last 15,000 miles. I knew this going in.
Complaining about the price of gas is like complaining about the weather or airport security.

StLRedrider 12-12-2010 12:59 PM

not complaining, venting. curious what everyone else is paying and where!

joseZhartford 12-12-2010 01:21 PM

3.49 a gallon here in connecticut 93 octane shell v power

SmoothZ 12-12-2010 01:23 PM

Up here, gas prices are usually below the national average. However, the prices fluctuate like crazy every week.

I'm not paying anything for premium right now since I don't drive the Z in the winter.

Regular unleaded is now $2.91 which is the highest it's been this year so far.

ZedZed 12-12-2010 01:57 PM

Where up to about 3.40-3.60 a gallon here on LI.

ste01 12-13-2010 11:50 AM

ok the cost of high octane fuel ( 98RON eg Shell V power ) around Liverpool/Manchester area in the UK, works out at $7.5752 per US gallon. so a full tank would set me back close to $144.00, I need to move to the US

Pelican170 12-13-2010 01:29 PM

wow, thats high.. I thought NY was the worst.. 3.55 I paid but saw 3.60 the other day... I see more and more stations by me now only having 91 I guess to keep there cost down and still charging the same or very similar price as other 93.... Sunoco still has 94 by me but they charge almost 3.70...

what is interested a local station has 100 octane and while the premium fluctuates so much, the 100 has stayed the same price for a long time now....
