I personally hate writing tickets and with LAPD, there is no quota, or pressure. you do it if you want to. that being said, i dont like writing them unless someone really deserves one....

X2 one day last year I had a civic si behind me. Now I was on my way to the movies and was sort of in a hurry. So I pass the 2 cars in front of me...so does the si. To make a long story short before you knwo it we are weaving threw traffic and passing cars he than passes like 5 cars and I say screw that I am done. Now he was from Delaware and I was in NJ.
