Hello from Costa Rica

So I've been lurking around the forum for about 2 months. Posting here and there and learning a lot about the 370Z.
I've lived in Costa Rica for about 4 years and currently have a Z32.

nevermind the stickers, that was for a charity rally we did

I am now moving back to the states (Katy, TX) and that means I have to get a new car. :) I did try to like the competition (mustang, genesis, 1 series beemer, even RX8s STis and Evos) but at the end of the day I just had to get the Z.

I am out of the country atm and can't drive it until wed!! :icon14: Anyway, I am glad to be part of the community and I am looking forward to seeing all the cool stuff you all do to your cars.

Be safe!

Ron.

Thank you all, glad to be back. Ever been to CR Waizzz?

I love Costa Rica, I spent a week there in 2005 and will most likely be back there within the next few years.

I stayed in San Jose for a day and spent the rest of the time in Jaco but would like to visit Tamarindo next for sure. What part are you from?

I remember randomly seeing a 350z in Jaco and totally tripping out LOL

Rare cars here, I've only seen 1 Z34, base model goes for like $50k....I was born in San Jose but lived in Heredia for about 10 years. You have to check out Manuel Antonio and some other beaches in Guanacaste. Tamarindo is growing too much and its looking more like Jaco. Hope you can make it down here soon, I love this place. I am planning on coming back like every 2-3 months lol.

I'm afraid if I go back I won't ever want to leave

welcome! You ever run at the road course near the San Jose airport? It looks like a nice one from what I can see from the cockpit flying over it.

Thanks guys!...Finally! I drove her last night! Oh my...too much fun lol. I am gonna need a note on the windshield reminding me to wait 1200miles before doing that again.

It's called La Guacima Race track, full road course its only open to public on special events. I got to drive there twice on the Z32. Drag strip is open every monday night. Great place to see some rice lol, only handful of nice cars get down there on mondays.
