So I got rid of my base 16’ and just picked up my 19’ white sport and here are the new additions that might not have been covered before:

Backup camera (viewable on rear view mirror)
Leather wrapped steering wheel
Bigger brakes
New clutch
Trunk release button inside the cabin now
LSD
Updated mags 19”
Bose stereo
Smoked out door handles instead of chrome
Defrost mirrors
Rev match feature on downshifts

Outside of that, the car just feels a lot tighter than my other one (doors close with less rattles, new clutch is smoother etc...).

I’m looking forward to driving this one a bit more!

Some of these are definitely not new additions

I believe it has been leather wrapped steering wheel since the 370z 09 inception.

Read my original post. These are all options that I didn’t have on my 16’ base.

Congrats. Everyone's jealous of your trunk release. LOL!

I think the rear camera is the best adder. The whole car seems way more solid than my previous. Even low end power delivery is greatly improved over previous model.

Well done Nissan. Better late than never.

The camera has been around for a while as an option. Sport models with nav came with it. Now that trunk release is the best that Nissan can do. They should have squeezed their new tt motor on the final model yr.

I wonder how much the door handles cost from the dealer? Anyone checked?

I have the camera and don’t have the Nav. Image is on the rear view mirror.

My 2015 has the same in-mirror camera without nav/tech.

Now they're legally required in the states. Rearview Cameras Now Mandatory On All New Cars Sold In U.S. - The Drive

Congrats on your new ride. Can you take a close up pic of the door handles, haven't seen that yet.
