new canadian 370 owner.

Hey everyone,
First time 370z owner and nissan master technician. Also my first time on a forum! (Which im told is weird for a car guy) just bought a 2016 pearl white base and loving it. Lots of plans for it in the future and this forum sure will help make those informed decisions. Hope to be of some help to people on the more technical side. Thanks for having me!!!

Tony

I have a friend who works at a large Nissan Dealership, who is also a master mechanic. He primarily works on GTR's and 370Z's. He has been very helpful indeed. My grandparents are from a small town north of you called Grande Prairie. So Welcome Up.

I can help. Just ask.

I take mine to Stadium for service, in case that's where you are.

Oh no way! Is yours the white z with the carbon fast intentions exhaust?

cooltoy 01-28-2016 06:59 PM

Yes sir.

That's too funny. You worked on it?

I actually havent yet. Last time it was in for service i was admiring the exhaust. I had to order one for myself haha.

Nice.

Looking forward to meeting you in the spring, when she comes out of hibernation. You had the advantage of hearing and seeing the exhaust before buying. I bought blind.
No regrets of course. I have only seen one other 370 in Calgary with an FI exhaust - black with SS cans. I have 18" resonators by the way. Hopefully I will have my Amuse kit on by the time you see her next.

Good choice on exhaust and car colour.

Ya itll be nice to know some local Z owners. I got brave and ordered the non resonated, i want it to scream. I worked on a G when i was at infiniti with a non resonated manifold back fast intentions system and i love how mean it sounded. I just got the polished mufflers on mine for now (CF was too much with the crap exchange rate).

Love the amuze kit. Hopefully by next winter ill buy one.

It would be interesting to hear the difference between the two.

I got lucky and got the exhaust and the kit when the dollar was almost a par.
