Hello all!

Picked up a 2009 MB Touring with Sport Package and Navi with 40k miles on it.

Really loving the car, coming from a 2011 e92 335i it is significantly under-powered but I was looking for something with less body roll and I will be looking to track it a few times a year.

One thing that has been bothering me is a whining under acceleration, I haven't made a video but this one seems to capture it perfectly. Any recommendations?

40K miles is pretty darn good for an '09.

Welcome to the forums and I would suggest possibly looking through the search bar with the whining in the engine. Could be the timing belt or something like that. If it starts affecting the Z more make sure to go get it looked at.

I tried my best with the search bar but unfortunately I am flooded with ECU whine threads :(

I'll probably have to go to a local Nissan specialist, I thought it was gear whine but it only occurs when I touch the gas pedal (in any gear)

Whine may be from the alternator bearing or belt tensioner bearing.
