Hey what's up guys. Finally got activated here on the370z and I plan on posting my adventure in customizing my z. It's currently all stock except a boombox in the trunk and a kenwood audio system. I'm only 16 so customizing my z is gonna take a bit of time. I'll be making some other threads shortly for assistance and stuff of what I should upgrade. Currently planning to plasti dip my car, oracle lights, tinted lights + windows, and get an aam competition s line exhaust. Anyway, glad to be here and hope this is a great and helping community.

Wow nobody else has welcomed you yet?

Well welcome! Vivid Racing is based in Gilbert, if you wanted you could come by the shop and check out all the stuff we carry and get some ideas, and meet the crew.

If you have any questions about things you could do I'd enjoy talking to you with PM's or otherwise. No sales pitches or anything, just a car guy who's been there before trying to figure stuff out helping a new car guy. I'm Vivid's forum/sales support specialist so it's my job to chat. Todd is our 370Z sales rep.

Welcome!

Welcome! I'm in college, so I know the struggle of trying to upgrade on a budget. One thing I learned from my friends and club: is to tune. If you learn how to tune, you can make your car even more powerful.

Totally missed the original post. Welcome. Come out to the car shows. Almost no Zs out there! I have done quite a bit on my Z so I have dealt with shops and vendors. (In AZ and outside) Let me know if I can assist in any way.

Welcome Louiey! Happy modding and it sound like you got a great setup in mind for your new Z. Being 16 and having a Z must be very fun insurance wise haha

I know if I didnt go through USAA ($180/month) that I was going to be paying a bunch. Thats saying a bit when I work for State Farm and I am 20. Young drivers rates suckkkk....
