Questions about Piping.

I always get so dang confused. Underneath the car its made up of HFC, MidPipe, and Exhaust? I have Berk HFC, could i also get the AAM Short tails? and use that set up? If i buy the AAM short tails is it just the end piece? im so dang confused.

yes and yes but I could be totally wrong

The short tails bolt up to the existing midpipe as well as the aam midpipe.

If you are running HFC's or TP's you will be fine running short tails. It will be very loud however..

There is a muffled version of the short tails now available but its ridiculously priced.

Best bet is to buy short tails used and then see how loud the HFCs are with the short tails..
Then you can always go in and add resonators to make it a little quieter

Honestly, I don't know why people even buy the short tails. Wouldn't it be cheaper to buy two tips and have an exhaust shop weld a flange to a pipe? Surely this can be done for less than $400. Sound will be exactly the same since it's literally just a pipe.

I would but used for 250
