Headers Sensors removal

Hello,
I am waiting for the PPE lths to be delivered to me. I hear people complaining on removing the oxygen headers sensors.
Is there any effective way to remove them without causing any damage to them?
Replacing with new oem sensors is best but expensive alternative...
please tell me what to do

If you want to reuse the O2 sensors. Use a wrench to remove them. DO NOT use an impact gun on them. The vibrations from the gun will damage the O2 sensors. Spray some PB Blaster around the threads and let soak for a few minutes before removing. Don't let the PB Blaster get on to the sensor tip. When reinstalling. Put some nickel anti-seize on the threads. ;)

mine both stripped out. Be prepared if they do, they are not cheap.
