Aftermarket exhaust re-tune

I have a 2013 370z nismo. I want to install an aftermarket exhaust to replace my nismo exhaust. Do I / should I get my z re-tuned? Or do I need to do anything? Also will it increase or decrease my hp?

no need for tune unless you add HFC's. yes you should see 10-15 more HP and better fuel mileage.

Ok, now just for my info why would I have to retune if I add hfc? Just curious.
