GThaus Muffler+Berk TP?

Any one knows the sound with these two combo go? My Z running with GThaus Muffler now and I am thinking to make it louder. What is the best way to do that with a minimum price? IDEA PLZ!!!!!!:gtfo2::gtfo2::gtfo2::gtfo2::gtfo2::rofl2 ::rofl2::rofl2:

its not gonna get much louder than that :ughdance: i would suggest hearing protection if you want yours to last.

What do you mean? I am so confused..

tr0n 04-08-2014 01:30 AM

gthaus and tp is pretty much one of loudest setups.

But the thing is I only have the rear section of GThaus....will it be ok? I know the sound won't be that loud compare to GThuas CBE, but will it be still aggressive?

tr0n 04-08-2014 12:07 PM

i imagine it'll sound similar to this http://www.the370z.com/intake-exhaus...th-gthaus.html

FPenvy 04-08-2014 12:29 PM

straight pipes?

Sounds nasty! But that's for cbe instead of Alex back only.. So I assume it won't be that raspy?

tr0n 04-08-2014 01:16 PM

the removal of the of catalytic converters are what makes it raspy

Oh ok!..Thanks for your explanation!

No way!... I have the GTHaus Axleback section (rear) as well, and then I added Berk HFCs and it sounds amazing! No where near as loud as that video posted with the full GTHaus system and LTHs. That's just insane. I will try to post a video of my setup, but I am telling you... I have the set-up and love the sound. I like it better than any exhaust system on a Z I've heard. Not too loud, but still has that exotic GTHaus sound, and a perfect tone to it. You won't be disappointed.

GTHaus Axleback + Berk HFCs = :yum:

Here you go... this was last summer right after I added my Berk HFCs to my rear GTHaus Axleback exhaust. Sorry about the shitty video quality, these are shot from my iPhone. Audio quality however, is great.

I also have the full CB GTHAUS with Berk HFC's----> sounds sick! My CAI did muffle the sound quite a bit but after I got it tuned it started to flow again.

I'm actually thinking about LTH or test pipes... or removing the resonators.

Nice video and nasty sound. But will it be a big difference if I stall Berk tp instead of HFC? How much different?

Sounds damn good with Long Tubes :)

What about with BERK TP? Have any ideas?

diego@vossen 04-10-2014 02:55 PM

I have heard the full CBE with Berk TP but didn't sound good at all. Berk HFC's in general created more rasp then any HFC/TP I ever tried...at least for my car. I am actually surprised how good it sounds on this 370z considering it has LTH!

Why not go Berk HFCs instead of TPs? Just curious as to why you're set on the TPs. I'm sure it would sound good no doubt, but if you research you'll find that a lot of people talk highly about Berk's HFCs.

jlbrenne 04-11-2014 12:48 PM

Damnit!! I cannot decide whether to go with the test pipes or LTH (if even the LTH is worth the money).

Plus I already have the Berk HFC's......come on guys help! All Im looking for is just a little more HP and more sound.

Even if I dont gain HP i would be ok with that- I just want it a little louder
