Dear Lord, Scott. Just stop already. He's not going to keep the full refund. You'll get your parts (or Shawn already has them). This thread has gone to fuckin hell...

That's what I've been saying. But I'm waiting, maybe deliver today but I have no idea what's inside. Plate? Upper? Lower? Idk. Point is he made a claim for full refund, it's been over a week since he shipped the m370 and I still don't have the plate, he got a free upper and lower and still no returns. That's theft, plain and simple. He has all my parts, PayPal on his side, and his cores still. Till I get it all that's still theft specially since he did a claim and my PayPal account is empty.

Soo...you did talk to Shwan...and he knew that Never is shipping the parts back and provided tracking number but yet you are calling him a thief and that he needs to send the parts...also he did say that Shawn has the plates for the M370 mani... you should be able to easily confirm that with your partner...idk but it doesn't add up....it doesn't seem like you really talked to Shawn... just my :twocents:

I did not talk him into anything. I spoke with him on a Friday. He shipped the following Tue. I payed for the 3 day shipping to have it that Fri. Do u get anything correct? Just stop for now and when u receive the last 2 parts end this. You have lost a lot because of your character and so called customer service. Once again you would not give it to me due to the defective mani and that is why I called synergy. Only than did u text me and call me to know what deal I worked out with Shawn. It's amazing how you twist things and cannot speak the truth.

He didn't trust you first. So now you get screwed. Deal with it. He said everything. Including the plates for both mani. If you don't want one of them because you didn't agree to it and your business partner did, then tough. That's between you and your partner, not the customer or an entire forum. $hit happens. Get over it.

I will say this... as a previous vendor on here I have dealt with Blaine on multiple occasions and he was a pleasure to do business with. He was up front, honest and as long as you communicated he worked with you. I am not stepping into this but wanted to give a third party perspective on the customer at hand.

Blaine I hope this can get sorted...
