I paid for bored throttle bodies and received those and now you have those in your possession . Sean sent me a ported oem mani because he had no more ported M370 he could ship. I shipped the defective M370 mani back to Sean with all the hardware. For both M370 Mani. I asked Sean if he had a ported lower mani and he said he could get one out to me. Once again I paid for that. I also paid the extra 100.00 to Sean to get 3 day shipping so I could drive my car. The defective M370 mani that I purchased from you and lower I purchased from Sean will be in his hands this week. So I have paid for everything. I do not expect my money back until he receives them. But, do not tell me through the PM that I am a thief and stole from you when the owner of Synergy "Sean" has been telling you what is going on. You would not talk to me about my issue so I called the number on the mani trying to get ahold of you. Sean went above and beyond and I received nothing for free. He is a stand up guy. Unlike you.. Your solution for the defective mani by using washers was funny. Seans solution was I am sorry and let me send you this out so you don't have to wait any longer. Might want to take some notes from him. Wait til you guys see these PMs... Watch out.. He is a gun slinger!!

That's the sad part. It's a worthwhile service, and if Nurse NeckTat wasn't involved, I'd probably have talked to them to see what kind of a difference it would make on a boosted Z.

Synergycomposite is owned by Sean. When I was trying to address my defective M370 with Scott he would not answer my PM and when he finally did Scott did not want to give me his cell number and just wanted to keep every thing through pm. So I called the number on the manifold that's when I spoke to Sean after I asked for Scott. Sean basically told me all Scott does is get the parts and ships them to him. He wanted to take care of the issue which he did. When Scott found this out he blew up. Scott's only solution was to fix the defective M370 with washers. Seans solution was hey I don't have another ported M370 would u take a ported oem. I also asked Sean if he had a ported lower and he sent me one of those to which I payed for. Scott freaked out about that. I payed for ported throttles and sent back the cores to Sean. Which Scott has now. So Scott is basically telling me through PM that he is not paying back the money he owes me because I delt with Sean and not him. Even when he gets the 2 remaining cores from Sean. He also is telling me he is a ex cop and I need to watch out if I go through with my paypal claim. Those whole thing has me scratching my head and asking wtf just happened. I payed scott for a defective M370 and to have it ported and he does not want to pay me back. I payed for bored throttle bodies and payed the core charge and he does not want to pay me back. All because Sean took care of my issue. I received nothing for free from Sean and payed even more to have 3 day shipping. All Scott did was threaten me.

from day one I said it was just scotty being a middle man for a real company and be weary based on his past transgressions within the classifieds here.

bright side you dealt with sean and it seems like it's been resolved for the most part.

any issue with scott usually dissolves really quickly into threats as I've learned. that and the report button.

Scott you say they are "my" parts and that Sean is just your porter but then in the same breathe say "our" parts were not returned to "us".

To me that sounds alot like Sean is more than just your porter and if that bit of information is true and that Synergy is owned by Sean and not you. Then it sounds like Sean is running his business and providing customer service for his business. I am not sure where that leaves you. From this thread alone it would be wise for anyone interested in Synergy's services to contact Sean directly as it sounds like he understands how to handle a business. Right now all that is happening is Synergy is getting sh!t on by the ways things are being handled on here.

With that I hope everyone gets resolution and no one gets screwed over. Customer pays for parts and service, business delivers parts and service. It is not that hard.
