Good Bye FI LTH

Okay so it has been a while since I have taken a look at headers and HFC and Test pipes. Basically I have my car registered in FL but with me buying a house in NC I'll no longer be able to keep my residency which means now I have to get my car inspected. I have a shop that will let me slide on the LTH's but I'd rather not go through that every year hoping I'll be fine. I noticed Z1 has a set of headers out and some HFC's. Does anyone have any suggestions? I also have the FI CBE 18"resonators. Any and all help guys would be appreciated.

I have the Stock headers and just added NRTP its similar as if having "LTH" in my opinion :)

keep the longtubes...put some small cats before the resonators:tup:

Make fake cats/shielding where at the cats are supposed to be. They don't look that hard at the car, just check to see if they see them or something that looks like them.... This works I know. I have FI res test pipes and they think they are cats every year...

In my opinion. They are not similar. ;)

As said, buy the cats. I'd cutout a section in the X pipe and install them. However I'd buy flanges and weld them onto the cats and the cutout sections so I could go catless when ever I'd want to.

But FYI any cat not OEM is still illegal! There's to be no modding of the exhaust system technically by the government.

Just throw on some 100cell cats and you'll be juuuust fine!
