what...lol...that ain't rice unless it makes the Z's sound like a mosquitoes...like civics with those high pitch exhausts... :bowrofl: :bowrofl:

Agree'd, now if there was a red led glow at the tips I would say rice. There's nothing wrong with wanting a nicer sound and some people are in school and can't afford whole exhaust systems.

Looks nice, its extremely not rice. OK yes its just an axle back, but still it has classy nice round decent sized tips and I'm sure it doesn't sound like crap.

Either do it or dont. IMO, rice.

:]

Update on the Muffler:

Quote:

HKS have wrapped up development on their Legamax Premium exhaust for the new Z as we discussed back on the 12th December. Quick development times mean fast releases at HKS and in this case the release date is 25th December 2008.

In terms of noise, those who are after a loud rumble might want to shop around a bit more. This is a Legamax exhaust after all which aims at maintaining the noise emissions of the factory exhaust while improving performance. Sound levels at idle are just 1dB above standard (56dB vs 55dB) and at full throttle just 4dB louder than standard (84dB vs 80dB).

Price wise, the HKS system comes in at 102,900 yen mark making it quite the affordable upgrade.

i wonder if the lack of the bend right before the muffler will add significant increase in power?
