Tanabe is one quality exhaust which is much overlooked on this forum. Fit and finish is spot on. I put one on and never looked back.:tiphat:

Sorry to hear about the issues here op. Im sure Ark will chime in and take care of this for you.

I actually called them today. I was gonna get a refund but it is too much of a haasle, so I just asked them to send me a new muffler. I will probably be getting a new one in 10 days.

I have the same problem with the passenger side muffler hanging a tad bit lower than the drivers side on my Grip V2. Theres no way to fix that huh? :/

:iagree: Hands down it's the best. I knew how serious Tanabe was when i researched their R&D process, packing material,sus304 grade stainless steel, finish, tips, sound, etc.. I chose them over Amuse and would do it again for the 370Z. Good luck OP, hope everything works out well for you dealing with Ark on this issue.:driving:

They make it a hassle so you wont return it. It is important that you follow through with it and make them refund your money... After reading this, I will never purchase anything from them

This is exactly how I felt with their customer service. They are quite helpful when you are buying, but after the sale they don't really want have anything to do with you.

This was the problem I had, the right side hung about 1.5 inches lower not just at the tip but also the pipes. I tried all the possible orientations but it was clear that it wasn't installer error.
